Hilo’s food is always fresh and includes organic offerings.  Produce, like cherry tomatoes,  are imported from Italy so that the best flavor is available all year long.  

The menu offers starters, entrees and desserts.  The unique menu can satisfy a simple palate with offerings like Black Angus Ribeye while simultaneously offering creative dishes to more adventures diners.  One such dish, the grilled pork porterhouse, is served with a carrot and potato mash with crispy bacon, pearl onions, Granny Smith apples and cider sauce.
